several took advantage, but still, it was only a $20 discount.
20 bucks helps, but wasnt the deciding factor for me. http://www.performancess.com was where we did it.
They offer a $20 discount for online ordering..or maybe phone ordering. I ordered mine over the phone.
Here's a few stupid questions  , how do torque converters work and what do they do? Does it affect daily driving? How does it affect the engine and trans in the long run? Thanks.
Don't rule out Pro Torque. As a reference, LPE used to sell Vigilante only. They now exclusively sell Pro Torque. Do some research before choosing. I switched from a Vig to the Pro Torque(I kinda had to...it poofed) and am VERY happy with it. 2800 stall PERFECT driveability.
Re: GP on Vigilante torque converters (vettes rule)
http://www.protorque.com Glad someone asked..they are SUCH nice convertors. IMHO. I think they're similarly priced to the Vig. Mine was one of the first with Kevlar Cluthes.20000 miles later(just as hard as passes with traffic etc) it's fine n dandy. I know I'll get killed for saying that..but o well
