TPI Performance 700r4 Tranny
Is this a good tranny? I really dont have any knowledge in auto trannies and would like any info on this one. Is it strong? good launches?so on and so on. thinking about getting this for my 78 vette. thanks in advance.

I have one on my car for about 1 year now. I have no complaints about it, shifts strong and no problems so far.
I don't drag race but when I "step on it" it really comes alive with the 2600 converter that came with it.
I had them rebuild mine, because I wanted my original to stay in car. Good people and easy to deal with.
