Default Angle milling the cylinderhead

Can anyone tell me what problems can be encountered with angle milling the cylinderheads about .125"
I personally would think that the manifold and head bolts would not fit anymore.

Can these 'errors' be corrected ?

When angle milling the heads that much then several other things need to be done:
1) The intake mating surface of the cylinder head also needs to be angle milled to restore the original angle between the head gasket and intake gasket surfaces.
2) The head bolts will still fit, but the surface that the head of the bolt seats against will need to be spot faced in order to make it parallel to the deck surface, so that the head bolt pulls straight and evenly.
3) In some cases (especially factory heads) the small cooling holes near the spark plug need to be plugged before milling. These cooling passages run at an angle from the deck surface, and as you mill the head, the opening gets closer to the head gaske fire ring which may cause head gasket sealing problems if the holes are not plugged.
4) Re-check your valve to piston clearance.
