What is the perfect AF-1=?SB
What is the answer to the above question. Mine was 14.5 on dyno and I was told it was too lean. They said 13.4, is that correct?

12.5:1 is optimum for for power. Turn down the fuel pressure 3 or so pounds and it'll put it within a close range of where you need to be.
It all depends on what you want you want to tune for... meaning, with any of the aftermarket chips (if we're talking C4 or later ECM cars), it'll be a little difficult to hit the perfect A/F ratio across the RPM range. It can be accomplished, though, just takes $$$. So, out of the box, you may be able to tune for peak hp, which may mean it'll be a little fat on the low range...
