What's my compression
I'm thinking of getting different heads to rase my compression. Currenty I have a 9.68 compression 383 with 64cc heads on it. How much compression would I have if I switched to 58cc heads?
Any help would be greatly apperated.

While the increase in cr will give a little more power, I don't think it would be enough to justify the cost of new heads unless they were already being purchased for other reasons anyway. Assuming that's the case, and knowing that many of the best heads aren't available with 58 cc chambers, I'd put more emphasis on their ability to increase power via better flow than on the cr. My point being that there's a lot more power to be had with a better flowing head than one that just provides a small increase in cr. If one of your choices is available in 58cc, go for it while you're at it and enjoy some free power.
