Yeah, unfortunately it's all going to have to be custom. There really aren't any kits out there that will work in our old C3's it appears.
For the manifolds we're going with .065" (16 guage) 321 stainless steel, with 2" primaries, and 3/8" CNC cut 321 stainless steel header flanges.
For the intercooler, we're using a Spearco air/air 3.5" x 15.6" x 20" core with custom made end tanks. It's rated at 1500 cfm @ 1.5 psi pressure drop, it will flow more cfm, but the pressure drop would increase.
For the exhaust we're using 3" 304 stainless steel, full dual exhaust, with polished stainless steel 3"Borla XR-1 Sportsman Race mufflers, 14" long.
He's also going to fabricate a cold air induction kit from 6061 aluminum.
We're also adding two blow-off valves to protect the turbo's and TB blade during shifts and throttle closures. We're looking at either the Turbonetics Godzilla, the Turboxs Type H-RFL, or HKS SSQV Racing valve. I want something that has a good sound.
