LS-2 Flywheel Question....

LS-2 Flywheel Question....
I am building a '69 street rod that I will be installing an LS-2 motor with a Tremec 5-speed trans.
My question is what brand/type of flywheel is recommended for an LS-2 motor and what type oc clutch????
I noticed on the Keisler Transmission site that they have a 153 or 168 toothe flywheel...will these work on an LS-2???
Also, Keisler has an affordable clutch for around $250. Are these decen clutches? They seem very affordable and I only plan on tracking the car 3-4 times/year max!
