I got two wrong
Took this I.D. test and had two wrong.
Unless you are old time old school, you might find this a challenge.

I got 100% It shows my age and I have the advantage of seeing many of these old motors when 10,000 classics descend on Reno Nevada for Hot August Nights.

Young Pup!
I managed to get 18 of 18. I had to use the process of elimination on a
couple of the motors.

That's what I did.....
The caddi engines and the difference between 348 and the 409 had me stumped for a while.....
Some of you guys still have grease under the finger nails

Couldn't tell the difference between a 348 & a 409. I knew it had to be one or the other and just went 50/50 and got that one wrong. I can't believe I didn't recognise the junk 289! For crying out loud
I've been a Ford guy for 35 years. Bad angle I guess...That was fun

A guess at the 348 too... I figured it was, since there was already a 409 shown. Not much experiance with "W" motors; put in Plugs, Points/Condensor, in a 409 once.

It's easy to see who the old car guys are! Here's my score:
A: Correct.
Not a Ford 289 (distributor is in back), not a Pontiac (spark plugs are below ex ports), not a Mopar 360 (spark plug location).
73% (29363 out of 40480) of the other players got that question right.
You got 17 right out of 17.
I noticed that some of you answered 18 questions. They must have changed the number of questions.

17/17. In addition to Corvettes, I enjoy the street rod scene. (Oh, and my age helped, too.

12/17...
And I don't know jack $hit about engines... Good powers of deduction. I probably wouldn't have gotten any if there weren't choices.

They dropped the photo of the Ford flathead engine from the line up for some reason and added some help to the picture of one "W" series engine.
