Great pictures, and nice job. Don't know how i missed that thread. I just wish I had thought of doing this when I had my transmission and rear out last month. :eek: :rolleyes:

Thanks. Would have saved you from dropping the torque arm again. Not sure yet if it will pass tech, but it will for what I use the car for mostly. It would probably work best if around 8" from the input shaft knuckle.

I don't know what 1/4 times you run, but be forewarned that NHRA does not allow independant rear suspensions below a certain ET. If you are installing the loop to meet requirements, you may check into this also.

This is true as well. There are several guys running in the 10's that still use IRS. Not sure if they hve changed the rule, but I think it is anything 10.99 and faster can not use IRS. They are not too strict on the IRS rule from what I can tell.
