leaky valve cover afr or risque pcv breather?
The heads are AFR, which I have heard to have puddling problems near the outside corners. was there any fix to this?
I went with a hard MrGasket valve cover gaster vs my normal hitech silcone ones dry. Should these be used? Should I use sealant (first ever for me)?
The valve covers are tall al sheet metal type that are center bolt. Since I could never get the passenger side flat, I converted the pass valve covers to use all eight screw downs. The side that does not leak is the drivers side with only center hold downs.
The issue is the PVC/breather system. I have a healthy vacuum for the PCV, but I am unsure of the breather. I fab'd a line to the same port on the throttle body as stock config. Does a 427 ci need a different breather solution?

I use the tall Dart cast covers with the silicone gasket with metal hole incerts. I have not had a leaking problem.
Glad to see another 427 sbc out there. I have a 434 motown small journal motor
