Default lightly build ls7 or supercharged ls376?

hey guys im at the point where i ve settled on dropping an ls block in my project (ffr gtm) ... i ve narrowed it down to either a lightly used ls7 .. or a new crate ls376 + an eaton 4lobe supercharger... im leaning more towards the ls376 and the eaton.. but im currious as to what you guys think .. the 376 plus the charger will be heavier.. but i dont think by much.. and will i have to modify the 376 to add the scharger@8psi or can i just bolt on?

I have a GTM and pretty much anything over 500 hp is useless in a car that light. It just annihilates the rear tires. May want to keep that in mind. (Our car has a LPE LS6 short block in it)

I'd go with the 427 myself.

I have been looking into a GTM build. I was debating between the LS7 or the LS6 for the engine. You feel the LS6 is plenty of power and don't miss any extra horses? If you had to do it over, is there anything you would do different from what you did? Absolutely in love with this car and really want to get into one...

Thanks!

Would love to see pics of the build process if you can!

S/C 376, get a stickier tire.

Was there a question?
