Default 63' 327 Advice Needed. Compression~ Cam~ PCV~

OK. Quick intro. Picked up this motor about a year ago. Didn't know anything about the 327 SBC. After reading about them....I'm excited about it. I am building a 1946 International Harvester K3 truck. I have stripped it to the frame and have mounted the front and rear independant suspensions from an 86' Jaguar XJ6. Should be an incredible ride. I'm soon to be mocking up the motor and trans and have more concerns and questions about my little 327 that's gonna power this beast. Oh yeah, so that nobody gets upset.....I own a C5 Corvette ; ) I'm building this truck to be my everyday driver to help keep the miles off the C5. I picked up an 86' 700R4 for the transmission. Most likely I will use it for mock up and then as a core for a rebuilt 90's 700R4. Jaguar rear gears are 2.82's for now. I am trying to change to 3.73's or at least the Jaguar XJ12 3.55 gears.

Here is the motor. Have concerns about the projected compression. I need to be able to use pump gas and the best we have is 91.
Not sure about the cam.
The intake on the motor now is coming off. I just picked up a GM intake casting #3932472 69' Z28 Camaro that I will use.
I'm keeping the valve covers so I need to figure out the best PCV setup. My oil spout is a Corvette one with the bung on the side for the PCV to the carb. Do I then convert the Road Draft Tube hole on the block to route to inside the air cleaner? Is the Vette tube cap sealed?
Or is it better to use a vented cap on the Oil Spout and have the Road Draft Tube converted to connect to a PCV and then to the carb?
But the real concern is the compression and what I can do to get the motor setup proper so it will scream on 87-91 oct.

Info on my 63' small journal 327:
Block was bored to .060” over with new TRW pop up pistons with molly rings.
Double roller timing chain turns a new Crane Fireball cam
with advertised duration of 286°.
Block also has new cam bearings and freeze plugs.
Crank was turned to .020”-.020” with new Clevite rod and main bearings
New high volume oil pump with hypo intermediate shaft.
Heads are 71' over the counter/dealer angle plug Fuely Double hump with stainless 2.02” intakes and 1.60” exvalves.
Heads are street ported (reworked bowls and gasket matched). Heads have screw in studs with CompCam guide plates with Hypo 3/8” pushrods.
Heads just redone with new guide bushings, perfect circle seals and perfect 3 angle valve job with LTI springs.
Valve covers are genuine Corvette highly polished. Intake is Offenhauser 360° equa-flow manifold that is gasket matched to heads.
