Need (C4) LT1 header suggestions
Hi, I was in a discussion with a friend who owns a 96 LT1 and she mentioned getting full length headers. Well, after discussing pros and cons (I have had 3 sets on my C3), the only problem we have is figuring out which ones to get. I run 1 5/8th primaries on my Hooker comps, and I think that primary size would be good for an LT1 also, but I am not sure what all of you guys are running. The motor is pretty much stock with a Corsa cat back exhaust, but she said she may add more mods in the future. Opinions on which to get?

I run the Hooker 2151's on mine. I had to get an O2 sensor welded on before I had them coated. They do not have the emissions connections.
The 2151 has the emissions connections but some minor modifications to the stock setup on an LT1 will have to be made to get them to work as they are designed for the L98 motor.
The Hooker are the best value. You can go expensive and get Exotic Muscle, TPIS, or several other makers. Try the C4 tech for more info.
