Just some thoughts ...

ps some one should invent a "T" gasket that can't be blown out

Also- was your block decked or heads milled, without cutting the intake also so it seats properly?
When vacuum is low (open throttle) or non-existent (under boost) that PCV is wide open and your boost is leaking into the crankcase! Of course it's fighting against any blowby pressure in there also, but pretty much winds up blowing out the other side valve cover. Especially if your fresh air side is connected to the SC air filter- which is applying vacuum! You're making it go the wrong way...
Anytime you go with positive manifold pressure you must seal off the PCV connection at the manifold, remove the valve, and use crankcase breathers. To be environmentally friendly, run breathers with hoses to the SC inlet, which also provides a nice source of vacuum to reduce any blowby pressure buildup in the crankcase.
