Default Need Help?

This is my first visit to this section and I'm hope you'll can help. I drive a 2000 A4 w/ 3.15 gears on goodyear runflats and for two months now I've been researching TC's and still I'm lost. I want the best gains I can get I don't care if the car is a little sloppy. Speed Demon says I should get the SY 3500 w/ 1.65 stall or I'll be sorry(they say won't kill runflats); while MTI says the biggest I should go for is the Vig 2800. Which one should I install? Thanks for the help? Oh, and how much should an install cost?

Why not call Precision or Yank directly? You might get a better price from the manufacturer, and they've seen many more examples than an individual tuner.

From what I've seen the PI Vig3200 seems to be a very popular choice for the C5's and everyone seems to be happy with it.

How does the str affect a car? If I'm running runcraps should I go with the Vig 2800 with 2 str or the Sy 3500 at 1.61? thanks

I gotta go with Monty on this one (as always). I would call yank. I have a yank 3000 for the 71 and I do have to say that the build quality on the converter is excellent. Thing is kinda heavy tho.
