8:3:1 compression

twin 50 trim .63 A/R turbos
forged internals
Camshaft, Hydraulic Roller Tappet, Advertised Duration 292/300, Lift .539/.558,
Is the compression and Cams correct for 7-10 boost?
any idea est hp?
