Need Cam Suggestion
Here we go
I have 71 vette
383 10.5 to 1
Heads Dart iron e 215- 64cc
auto 2004R about 3000 stall
3:73 rear
Hooker Headers 1.75
Stealth Ram Fuel injection 58mm, 30 lb ford injectors
need a cam I have XE274 now I am not real happy with it.
I deskdyno it ok places the motor as an average power out.
I really like to get another 40 horse and maybe more torque. I like to it about 465 or better
I was looking a lunati 50162LUN whats your thoughts?
the cam specs are Lunati Hydraulic Roller
RPM range 2200-6800
adv duration int/exh 300/310
@.050 int/exh 242/252
@valve int/exh 525/540
@lobe int/exh 350/360

The AFR heads web site has a 406 motor with "essentially" the same cam with 1.6 rockers on their dyno combinations web page. I'm looking at it as a "possible" for my new 408 motor.
