While a 0.020" overbore doesn't sound too drastic to me, I would recommend you post this question in the Gen IV Internal Engine forum on LS1Tech.com. Be sure to provide all the info especially what type of pistons you're using (hypereutectic, forged, cast) and the amount of boost you going to use.
