Need high-end Twin Turbo engine builder recommendation
Good friend looking for a u.s. company to build him a complete top/down engine with an LSX block with twin 60/62 mm twin turbo to put in his '69 camaro. it currently has a Nelson Racing Engine TT 632 but he wants to build a super durable street motor as a spare to be ready for next springtime - looking to do around the 427-450 c.i size and needs about 1200-1400 rwhp. We are in Ontario Canada but no big deal, we have places to ship to in the u.s. by the border. I suggested Texas Speed - any others? We don't want a small outfit that may go under months later. Money is no object - wants the best of the best for reliability BUT streetable so TT is the route.

Billy Briggs is right across the border. You will be hard pressed to find a better LSx engine builder.
FWIW, unless you're absolutely stuck on the displacement, you may not need/want that big of an engine if you're doing turbos anyway. A stout 413/416 may be more reliable with better ring placement on the piston and more reasonable piston speed.
