Small base-circle cams
As anyone purchased one recently? I'm wondering how much more they cost than a standard base circle cam. I'm looking at a 434 sb short block kit and they state you need to run a small base-circle cam with a 4" stroke crank. Thanks in advance, Deen.

Black Bart, Thanks!! As Tom Peterson used to say (a Portland, Or. retailer) "Free is a very good price" Of course a custom ground roller they don't give away either :lol:

Deen the cost is the same. I would give Eason a call 775 882-6600 Dennis Mcgee. I inquired about custom grinds small base circle with sleeved distrib gear.
I would not put a 4 inch stroke in a stock block. Tall Dart block - Yes! Then i wouldn't stop at 4 inch. Those 440 ci 4.250 strokers with a blower really put out the power.
