Hi
I ordered couple Corvette C5 parts from corvettesalvage web pages. I got confirmation e-Mail from the order. Nothing happened. I took first contact by e-mail - no response. Then In a phone call they explained that they have troubles in their ”ticket” system and that is the reason they had not got my message. They also explained that their automatic order process was mistakely added only domestic shipment cost, this was international order to Europe. That was the reason they had not sent my order - however they have charged my VISA card. They promised to sent me the information from international shipment cost for my acceptance. Nothing happened. I called again and got same explanation. Nothing happened.
This is a warning from corvettesalvage - I have taken contact to VISA and they will start the process in order to get my money back.
