I am thinking about purchasing a 2003 50th Anniversary Edition that "supposedly" had the original engine replaced with an LS3 engine. How can I tell that it is actually an LS3? There are no manifold covers on either. Attached is a picture of the engine if that helps. Thanks for any replies.
Thanks for the info- I ended up buying one just a couple days ago from a dealer in the Chicago area. Though I would have liked the extra hp, the one I purchased was a bit closer and appeared to be in a little better condition overall.
