Supercharger install on c6 (Edelbrock E-Force)
Price was $600 higher than some other shop quotes but I had to use a shop listed on the Edelbrock Website for the warranty to hold up if needed.
The shop called and said that after the install was done, they found another box with a z06 fuel pump. They say the fuel pump install was not in the instructions for the kit. The shop charged me an additional 8 hours at $185 per hour for the fuel pump install. I feel like I am getting sorta shafted here. Any input??
The grand total for the work is $5,036, they also installed a catback exhaust but he said that was only 2 hours of labor.
This total does not include parts, I brought all the parts and 100% of that 5k is labor except for the $250 for Dyno.
Also they spent a few hours taking things in the bay apart to pin the balancer, only to find the ATI balancer already pinned. Is that on me for failing to mention or should they have called me and asked first.. I feel like you can clearly see its an aftermarket balancer from standing under the car before taking everything apart..
