Default 91 Octane
Can I run 91 Octane in my 11:1 LT-1 carbureted engine? I'm considering the purchase of a '62 with a LT-1 350 carbureted engine. I believe it is an 11:1, and am wondering if I can run 91 octane by reconfiguring the timing and mixtures?

Just pulled car off transport trailer this afternoon.
As there is a title problem, haven't driven on the street yet. Oregon has 92 octane available, so it's still got a half tank of that in it.

I think it will ping 11 to 1 is to high for gas these days
