Default LS restomod electrical question

Restomod electrical question.... Doing a 65 with an aftermarket frame and an LS1 engine..... Purchased the engine with ALL of the electronics( no fuse box) , so good there...
My car has NO wiring and I was going to buy a stock harness ( from Lectric or M&H ) and add the " stand alone" fuse/relay box you can buy for this LS swap that mounts in the engine compartment....
Been looking at the " restomod" wiring kits ( from Lectric and Autowire ) and they have caught my interest to possibly use, except for the fuse box being in the wrong place..( doesnt mount to the same place as a stock fusebox)
Thought if I used the restomod wiring harness I could delete the stand alone fuse/relay box, but it looks to me like I would still have to use the stand alone fuse box if I went stock harness or the restomod harness, so no advantage here in using a restomod harness...
Car will look all stock as much as I can make it and will use the stock dash and gauge ( except for an electronic tach and volt meter).....
Any comments here or experience with using an aftermarket " restomod" harness VS a stock harness, and/or having to use the stand alone fuse box in the engine compartment??? Thanks

How come there is no restomod section on this website??? Highest dollar and interest in C1, 2, and 3 corvettes in the market.... Sure would be nice to share ideas with others???

So let me ask this another way.... Has anyone used a restomod wiring harness, as supplied by lets say American Autowire, and have you been able to wire the LS swap and the factory wiring/ECU, with the restomod fuse box??
Thanks
