The head gasket I'm using (Felpro 1010) has .12" holes where as the head (AFR 190) and block (siamesed bow tie) have approximately .50" holes. Should the gasket match these? Its a supercharged application. TIA
Yes, its fine. Depending on the flow directions into or out of the heads it may be restricted to create pressure and limit flow for some cooling reason or another. Sorry I don't have a better explanation, I'm sure someone does, but its perfectly normal.

Oh, and make sure you tear your AFR heads down and inspect the seats....
My 195's had some pretty bad non-concentric seats (AKA Leaky valves). Half of the valves failed a vacuum test.... :mad This is mainly caused
by using worn stones to cut the seat. It can be fixed cheaply an easily,
so make sure you at least check. I was a little disappointed with the build-quality, but I guess that's what you get when your 8 weeks behind on manufacturing...
