New Brodix Oval port Big Block head
Just saw an ad in this month's Super Chevy (page 96) for the new Brodix "Race Rite" big block heads. If you can believe the add these are some great heads
.200 160 / 112.7
.300 224.3 / 146.5
.400 280 / 178.7
.500 320.7 / 202.8
.600 339.6 / 222.2
.650 343.3 / 230.5
Not only are those great numbers, but all that is accomplished with a 271 cc intake port and a STANDARD LOCATION EXHAUST PORT !!!!!
Looks like we have a new "best" bolt on head for you medium performance big block guys

I looked, it did not say in the add, probably 4.5

I'll have to take a look at them. I personally like Brodix stuff from a quality standpoint and I can vouch for them on their numbers. They historically quote very conservative numbers.
My heads flowed better than they advertised on what is considered to be a stingy flowbench after running them two years on the street. Stock 2 year old valve job and all!
