305 Carburetors
I have a bone stock 83 305 for my monte carlo (low output) and I need a new carburetor and I don't know which model to get I was looking at Holley's 650 cfm part #0-8055C. any advise is helpfull

the choke has gone bad and cause it to "load up" and burn rich and ruin the spark plug. it also has over 180,000 miles on it. and it does not idol right

i can not rebuild it i would think a new holley would be better

don't forget you have a spred-bore intake, the small Edelbrock may be a easier swap for you, i'm starting to build a collection of Q-jet's if you get rid
of it :thumbs:
