Fuel Cell In C4

Fuel Cell In C4
Has anyone put a fuel cell in a C4 or know anyone who has. What is required to do this? The SP rules allow for this and if it could be done right might help in the overall preformance by reducing the amount of fuel required and the relocation of the weight. Any ideas pro or con?

I saw one a couple of years ago a Pac Bell Park (Auto-x)
According to the drive she said that the rear end is very light when the fuel cell was added. If they had to do it over again they would have left the tank alone.
