Help! Cherry Red Headers at 2000rpm

I'm not running the blower at the moment...just NA. Timing is stock. AFR=14.7:1. Cam is on right. Happens on both sides of motor.
Camshaft - Crower custom roller, steel billet; Duration @ .050" lift:
intake: 209*, exhaust: 217*
Lift: Intake: .330(1.5)=.495"
Exhaust: .343(1.5)=.515"
Lobe separation: 114*

I read the other post & I have to agree w/ what a number of guys said- I've seen this happen a handful of times (3 times to me during cam break-ins) & it's always been timing. Once the timing was fixed (too far retarded all 3 times for me) the glow went away. Good luck.
