09-10 Camaro owners: Custom LED tail light prototype
I normally don't hang out in this section, but i had an idea i wanted feedback on. The Camaro concept was the inspiration behind my modification of the LED C5 corvette "halo" tail lights:
Camaro:
My corvette:
The halo ring functions as the parking lights and the center section lights up with brake/turn signals. THe effect is VERY dramatic and attention-getting....just what you want in a brake light.
Given GM decided to nix the "halo" tail lights no the Camaro, I'm going to Prototype one and see how it looks. If it comes out good looking, I will be offering a core-exchange program.
