I think that Dobbins 1968 to 1972 Stingray Fact Book tells this information. I know for sure that Hoopers 1969 Camaro Fact Book does.

V0312CTH = Flint plant, March 12th, 350cid/350hp, 4spd
P0C10 = Muncie, 1970, March 10th
CAM0313W = 3:36 ratio, March 13th, Warren Motive plant
70-L46's numbers provide a good example of Corvette subassembly dating. All show mid-March (70) dates. All would have been shipped to St. Louis prior to the assembly of his Corvette. I would not be surprised to learn the build date on his Corvette is late March or early April.
