1970 Bracket Colors

Hello all,

Looking for correct paint color for A/C compressor brackets, alternator brackets, and power steering pump bracket.

These are for a 1970 L-46.

Most accessory drive brackets were dip-primed semi-gloss black. If you have the NCRS Judging Guide for your year car, it will tell you the correct finishes for everything.

Thats what I thought. Thanks for the information. I have the NCRS judging guide for 1970-1972 and must have missed this. It isn't mentioned in the A/C section. Again thanks.

The lower alt bracket that bolts to the driver side exhaust manifold is chevy orange.
