Are there any other forums with an emphasis on factory correct Corvette restoration? FCR in Corvette Forum is good of course but it seems like practically all the rest of the Corvette Forum is populated by folks that are mainly interested in modifying their cars.

Thanks, Greg

The NCRS Tech Board (www.ncrs.org) is ALL about restoration.

You can try the CRPL, the Corvette Restoration and Preservation List. It isn't a bulletin board, but a mailing list. You can check it out at

Thanks for the tips folks. I have been bitten by the bug again and am studying everything I can find in order to get up to speed on BB C3s. I am a rekindled interest and mainly want to participate in factory original and in preserving history. I joined the NCRS and hope to meet many of you at the upcoming meets this year. Hopefully I can find a suitable car too!

Regards, Greg

Not quite "ALL" but mostly. There is an ample supply of ebay criticism, vendettas, non-Corvette info, and Corvette politics.

If you have a low number NCRS member oppose your ideas, they get you banned and censor your messages.

However, Joe Lucia, JohnZ, Michael Hanson, and a few others have a lot of very valuable information that can't be found elsewhere. The archives, though not as easy to search as they could be, have a lot of valuable info if you take the time to search them all.

I realized that Clem and Chuck are in this thread, too. They are also on the NCRS Tech Board and a great asset to the hobby.

No intentions to slight anyone.
