Dale's a big boy now. Sure he's a character and I've laughed myself nearly unconscious at some of his antics, but I think he can make such decisions for himself.

That must have been back in the late eighties, and that was his way of delivering the delicate news that you weren't going to get a performance increase, just a good reaming on your appraisal. :D :D
I've never met Dale (the Rev) but I sure got some good advice from him in the past. I also used to really enjoy the discussions that George D. and The Rev got into on the NCRS board :boxing (in the old days.)
This place is a lot more boring with out him around :sleep:
