1969 Interior restoration
I have just purchased a 1969 Corvette coupe and I am going to want to redo the seats and install new carpeting. Of all the Corvette suppliers out there which one is the preferred supplier for interiors?
My car is very original and I want to maintain it's integrity by only using the best materials available.
Thanks

Al Knock has the best seat covers and door panels, but Romeo Engineering has the best carpet with the correct backing and heal pads.

Only if you don't mind waiting a year for them to ship, during which time nobody answers their phone.

Which vendor are you referring to? Al Knoch or Romeo Engineering?

I just got new carpet from Romeo last month. He said it would be two or three weeks to receive, and it was. I was very satisfied.

Any other suppliers that you would consider in regard to carpets and seat upholstery?

Al Knoch. You can get them cheaper but you can't get them better.
