Default Tripower carb nuts

I am looking for a source for original style nuts for a 69" 435 tripower setup.

I believe they should be 5/16 - 24 with a 7/16 in. nut size. The ones that I have received from the catalog companies all seem to be 1/2 in. nut size.

Is this correct, and if so, does anyone know a source for them?

Thanks,
Rob Harper

GM # is 120368, go to your local GM parts dept. and give him this number, ask him to look in the fasteners catalog. Probably has changed #'s, but most likely still around.

They're not 7/16" hex size - they're 1/2" hex, like any other 5/16" nut; they're just fine thread instead of coarse.
