Default 1970 door panels

I am changing the door panels on my 1970 . I am upgrading the interior to the leather deluxe. On the delux door panels, how do i install the wood grain panels?, the one's i recieved have the carpet on the bottom but the wood grain panels are not installed. any help would be appreciated

Glue? As I recall, the originals were real wood veneer, while the repro's are a heavy contact paper like material. Chuck
