Default Dist. model #

Where on a 1980 L-48 5.7 AT is the distributors model number located? In the 1980 specifications book it was either a 1103352 or 1103353 HEI. How can I tell which is on mine?

You probably have the 3352. The 3353 is for the L-48 with the high altitude package. I don't know if this holds for HEI, but the point distributors have a metal ID band around the housing.
