Default 71 question - rad fan

anyone know the correct number for the rad fan on a 71 non AC, 350ci, auto vette?
also, where can I get one.

According to a restoration book I have nonAC cars have a 5 blade fan with no part number or date code stamped on it. The GM part number is 3991420 and is described as a 17 1/2 inch fan with 5 blades.

Thanks

thats what I have heard and read...17.5 in with 5 blades

so, do I replace the clutch too?
would the part number possibily have been used on other GM vehicles?
looks like major vendors don't have it...anyone know of where I can get one, other than checking eBay daily?

sorry for the silly questions, but I'm no mechanic.

someone told me my vette is not too far off from NCRS judging and want to correct the obvious before my first attempt at being judged.

3991426 for the clutch. A new clutch might be hard to find. Good, used units are often rebuildable. I would not be surprised to learn the clutch was used in half a dozen or more other GM applications.

Good luck with the hunt.
