Hi Tom:
Thanks for the interest. I have a 62 PG,PW P top car here for "quick and dirty " assembly. The owner while informed of this cars potential and value, has chosen to put it together for parking lot shows...I know, I know, it has changed hands three times in boxes so at least it will be together.
I have a 65 350 hp, 4 spd PB convertible from Chicago for complete restoration. The frame was "reinforced with angle iron, side exhausts welded fast to the frame, front hangers made from Uni Strap. Door handles held in place with wood screws. The frame was so rusted that I had it crushed and the T arms had to be cut from the car, there was not enough sound steel to save even a section. New frame is here, suspension at Van Steel and will return next week. Body was transported on my dolly to a new paint shop, first in six years, (my painter was getting too expensive).
I have a 65, 350 red M22 car arriving from Jerry Luck in two weeks for restoration and he will, at that time, be delivering my engine, FINALLY.
Yellow 65, 350 AC coupe went home to South Florida, Gladly.
Other than that it is kind of boring around here :jester

What we want to know is....Did you ever receive those chambered side pipes for Marti's 67, or will you have that 67 all gussied up with no "pipes" to go. I have heard those chambered side pipes are dang near impossible to get these days since GM discontinued them. :D :D

While I took issue with Mr. Allens tardiness his pipes arrived and the quality was wonderful, nice welds, excellent chrome. He did warn me that this is a "performance " system and not intended to replicate the GM exhaust, they have a short section of pipe that remains un dimpled I believe to enhance sound and reduce backpressure. Now if they fit correctly I'll be makin some real noise...there is that guy in Pa. that makes 31/2" chambered that fits under the stock covers though

Tom,

Nothing in picture land to report at the moment. Got the motor back in the 72 and its just sitting for the time being. I have focused my efforts back on the 67 and have been doing all sorts of little stuff...glove box, headliner, trim, door mechs etc. Driving around for three hours on friday looking for special screws to no avail :( Some interior screw kits (no not from my supplier) dont seem to think that screws for the gauge cluster should be included grrrrrr. any way I will try and post up a few pic's in the week for all yahs, otherwise hit the link at the bottem if you haven't looked in a while.
