Yes, all 78 Corvettes came with the "Unleaded Fuel Only" warning label, including the Pace Car.
For 78, the label has silver letters with a black border. Unlike earlier years, the 78 label is straight, not curved. On Pace Cars, the warning label is placed on the spoiler, about a 1/4 from the notch for the gas door.
