1962 Radio?

1962 Radio?
I know some 1962 Corvettes were equipped with the Wonderbar radio. Was that the ONLY radio option, or was there a cheaper model without the Wonderbar? I just bought a '62 & the radio is an aftermarket piece of junk. I'd like to replace it, but I'm figuring a Wonderbar is out of my price range. I DO Have a 1961(?) full body Chevrolet radio that appears to be the same as the Corvette radio, but the face plate is not flat like the Corvette. Can anyone help me as to how I should go? I guess my last resort would be some aftermarket new radio that is made to fit my
