2 questions. 66 vert.
1. What is the correct diameter exhaust for a 365 hp, 66 ?
2. There are 6 bolt holes in the door hinge, in the door. Are all 6 bolts there from the factory or just 4 ?

The 66 365 uses 2 inch exhaust manifolds. The pipes are 2" when they come off the manifold, and immediately expand to 2 1/2". The balance of the system is them 2 1/2", all they way back to the mufflers.
I know that each hinge uses a total 10 bolts, but at the moment, I can't recall their exact placement.
