I saw your post is several days old with no responses. I am not sure what point system you are refering but I will assume NCRS. I have seen cars approach 100 points with out driving or bouns points, over 100 points with driving and bonus points. I got a 101 with driving points at the National at Lake Placid.

My Grand Sport wasn't eligible for NCRS judging, but I entered it in the Detroit Regional Meet of the Classic Car Club of America and it was judged as a 100-point car (nice big engraved silver tray); looked neat parked among the Duesenbergs, Auburns, Cords, and Packards :D
