Default A/C Question

I am assembling my A/C system for my '71 big block. I have a leak where the muffler hoses bolt to the back of the compressor. I have new O-rings on the 2 pipes that enter the compressor fitting and have tightened it down as far as I dare. Does anyone have information on the amount of torque required there. I have not put any freon in the system yet, the leak I got was from oil out of the compressor when I fired the car up and turned on the A/C to make sure the belts were tight. Thanks in advance.

Danke Her Doktor. Couldn't find that in the chassis service manual. Didn't think to look in the AIM--doh!
