So when.....
Alright, already! I broke through the 2000 post barrier (it took a while, what with the Spew and Improved software messing up my life) so when does the Post-O-Rola counting computer update the stars next to my name. I've had enough of those four lovely pink stars, thank you very much.

But I already emailed the Moderators, and told them that you really really liked your pink stars, And they agreed to leave them pink for a couple more thousand posts...

Congratualtions Mac, but I don't get this star thing...I have 1600 posts and have 4 blue stars, and this page is a grape color. The other day when I first got on, the text was perfect and the page was a royal blue, looked great. Now the font is so tiny I can barely read it.
I went to "View" on my IE browser hit "font size" and hit LARGEST. Nothing... hope they get the photo uploads and this font problem solved by this weekend.
I talked to Chuck the other day, and he told me he just "plain can't read the print". He'll be back when he can see it. BTW, on the old (3 weeks ago) forum, there used to be a font selection in your profile page, NO? PT :D

Pink and I have a history (and I don't mean the pop singer) so to speak.
Some years back, I was out of town on work related duties when my carpets were being replaced at home. I wasn't all that disappointed to miss having the house turned upside down by workmen but I learned my lesson.
Mrs. Mac, sensing an opportunity in my absence, painted all the baseboards in the house pink. Not screaming- horrible- neon- fluorescent- pink, mercifully, but pink nevertheless. When I got home and was admiring the new carpets, I was startled to see pink baseboards but... what canya do?
A few years later, I did a body-off frame resto on my wife's Jeep CJ7 and when it came time to pick colours, she suggested pink. After I stopped laughing, I said "I don't think so!!" and she was terribly offended and asked "Why not?" I explained that I might be seen in the vehicle at some point and I didn't feel a desperate need to be ridiculed by my peers.
Please, George, make the pink go away!! I'll be good- I promise!! :blueangel:

Thanks for the link! I don't know exactly what 'scripting' is but one of the suggestions was to disable it, so I did so and this reply screen came up in two shakes of a lamb's tail. I'm gonna have to go try some of the other threads to see if this kinda speed continues!! :)
George, I think it's cruel of Desertdawg to mock you for forgetting to seperate colours when you do your laundry. The next time I see him, I'll speak firmly to ol' DD on your behalf (out of my gratitude to you for your part in eliminating four pink stars). :lol: :p:
