I think it is about time to start a major garage clean up project. Do you agree?
These are all of my babies. In the foreground is the 90 coupe, then under the blue car cover is the 73 LS4 Coupe (it is on dollies so I can get it into the area between the doors), then the newest family member - a '64 Corvair conv, and at the rear is the 73 L82 conv. Four cars in a three car garage. :D The new truck has to sit outside :(
What got my attention, Tom, is that Corvair 'vert. I had a '63 Monza w/4-speed years ago (many, many years ago) and loved it.......Ralph Nader be damned.
I have a totally empty garage. Any of the cars, or new truck, that you would like to give away, just let me know ! I will gladly come and pick it up :D
Four cars in a three car garage...and they're all toys!
I can barely fit two cars in a three car garage (of course the vette takes up two bays--chassis on one side and body on the other). Wife's car in the other bay. The day she has to scrape windows is the day I have to start sleeping outside with the dog. :D
What a mess my garage is in too! I have fiberglass dust everywhere. Too cold to go out there to clean and organize right now, though.
I also have to clean my garage.thank goodness the c2 is up on the lift but all of a sudden its cluttered with stuff lay up against my C5 I cant even walk around the cars.I cant wait to build my new garage Nothing will go in except for cars and tools. Now I have to get around bikes go karts snow mobiles snow blowers pedal cars skateboards lawn furnature beach chairs,You name it its packed and cluttering my garage
Don't know what to tell you, BUT, here's a thought. I have stored cars in my basement before.
I have a "walk-out" basement with sliding glass doors. If I remove the doors, I can drive a car in there...BUT NOT a Corvette. They're just too wide. I had my brother's 63 Porsche down there a few years ago. Also stored my Austin Mini Cooper. AND...to help out a few buds over the years, I've also stored a 29 Model A Ford Roadster Pickup and a 32 Ford Roadster in the basement over a few winters. It's a thought :) Chuck
Not much to tell about it. It is a '64 Monza convertible, 110 hp, automatic. A fun little car. No way a performance car. It is the type of car that makes you smile when you look at it. Pics are on my web page below. Go to "My 73 Vettes" and then click on the pic of the Vair.
