Default Hood Underside Black Out

I took the hood off and painted with Krylon semi flat black. Does this look close to the factory look? http://temp.corvetteforum.net/c3/68r..._black_out.jpg http://temp.corvetteforum.net/c3/68r...lack_out_2.jpg

Other than looking a lot neater than the factory, it's correct.

Looks good. Just a little too neat for the factory.

Thanks guys! for taking the time to look and reply. I guess I'm staying on course with my almost factory correct rebuild.

Looks outstanding Brian!! Your car is serving as an inspiration for me to get finished with mine! It's finally warming up to meat locker temperature out in the garage so I've been spending some more time out there!

I have found the Krylon #1613 to be the closest to the factorys blackout
I chose to use it entirely on Gary Stantons top flight 67 in Orlando with no deducts
