Default original carb question

Can someone verify which was the correct carb for the 73 454CI engine. I'm almost sure it was the 4MV, but have heard it could have been a 4MC or M4MC.

You mean MV4. The correct numbers for the big block were 7043200 for the THM and 7043201 for the four speed.

The other models you quote are for later (post '75) Corvettes.
